Recently, I noticed that my bank account has been charged twice a month for my digital subscription, with amounts of $9.99 and $4.99. These repeated charges have left me puzzled, and I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter promptly and get in touch with me at your earliest convenience.
Additionally, it has come to my attention that three email addresses may have been registered in connection with my subscription:

Delivery complaint
Hello!
I am having major delivery issues with the Asheville Citizen-Times. For 3 months I have not been receiving the Sunday paper and have called and called.
The representatives all say they will correct the issue but cannot connect me to a supervisor and no one has followed through. I did talk to Mark today but he was rude and in a hurry to dismiss my matter. I have been more than patient and have never had an explanation as to why I do not receive my paper.
It is obvious that they do not care about customer satisfaction or want me to cancel my subscription. Your help in this matter will be appreciated.
