Contacted them finally after more than 2+ hours on hold. I'm big on crosswords, they no longer provide the answers, and have frequently repeated the same puzzle . I've been a customer for 40+ plus years! I'm done! The "customer no service rep" I spoke with was an *** No wonder why newspapers are failing !
